Well this problem of people outside the US has slowed down a bit. When someone signs up, I check the IP address that the request came from. If it is overseas, I've been requesting the person to send an image of there hunting license. So far no one has responded.

Interestingly, today I received a sign-up and the IP address was overseas but the host was from Vandenberg. Hmmm, it's possible I may have prevented legitimate request by mistake.

So here is a questions for you all. Do you think I'm going a overboard with the sign-up procedure? Do you have any suggestions?
